When St. George Greek Orthodox Church of Chicago wanted to create a cleaner, clearer newsletter for their congregants, they sought out Sarah Best Strategy's email newsletter design services. In less than a year, our collaboration with WAFCA resulted in a dramatic boost in monthly social media impressions (5K to 65K), improved SEO on their website, and increased team confidence in their digital marketing knowledge.
American Writers Museum
We increased brand awareness among educators and website traffic for American Writers Museum using keyword research strategy and SEO copywriting. Our Google Ad Grant Management has yielded a 10% conversion rate across a variety of objectives, including newsletter sign ups; educational field trip inquiries; registration for events; space rental requests; and engaging with online curricula.
Chinese Fine Arts Society
We partner with the Chinese Fine Arts Society (CFAS) to sell tickets and increase audiences for their signature events and, as a Facebook advertising agency, crafted a campaign pitched to audiences with specific cultural interests, such as Chinese classical music and kung fu. Our first year's work played a significant role in selling out a show and resulted in an 84.8% increase in Facebook fans, 309.2k impressions, 5k+ engagements, and 16k video views—all for a total spend of $767.

We partnered with the YMCA of the USA to conduct a social media audit of their national and local social media channels across 2600 geographic locations. Clergy for a New Drug Policy
Sarah Best Strategy provides retainer-based social media management services and social media strategy for advocacy group Clergy for a New Drug Policy (CNDP), a faith-led nonprofit. We built an audience of over 8000 Facebook fans with a $20/month ad spend over 24 months.
Holy Wisdom Monastery
With the goal of attracting young women interested in joining a vibrant, ecumenical, Benedictine monastic community, our work on behalf of Holy Wisdom Monastery yielded over 550 visits to their "Becoming a Sister" page and 25 tracked leads in the first nine months of our partnership. In the same time period, we launched a Google Ad Grants program that received 3,606 clicks, 42,758 impressions, and 1,152 conversions, with an average click-through rate of 8.43% and a 11.71% conversion rate (compared with a site average of 6.24%).
Meals on Wheels Foundation of Northern Illinois
Through our partnership with Meals on Wheels Foundation of Northern Illinois, Sarah Best Strategy was able to maximize their existing Google Ads Grant to bring in 9.37% of donations and 5.47% of volunteers in 2022, with an average conversion rate of 13.38% in 2022 (compared with an average site rate of 4.03%). We additionally brought in 28% of 2022 year-end online donations through Ad Grants. Meanwhile, our expertise in Instagram for nonprofits resulted in a 751.2% increase in Instagram engagements from younger followers interested in donating and volunteering.
Corporate Central Credit Union
After Sarah Best Strategy delivered a well-received presentation at their 2021 Digital Marketing Forum on social media and Google Analytics, Corporate Central Credit Union (Corporate Central) sought us out for additional consultations on credit union social media ad strategy. After a series of customized sessions with SBS, Corporate Central was better equipped to target audiences, create and optimize ad campaigns, and interpret campaign results to maximize the cost effectiveness of future ad spends.
Great Basin National Park Foundation
Great Basin National Park Foundation reached out to Sarah Best Strategy to create a social media campaign promoting Great Basin National Park's centennial celebration of its stunning underground Lehman Caves. Together, we launched a six-week campaign to drive sign-ups for the Centennial lecture series and to generate leads, reaching 79,327 people and generating 1,020 link clicks to the event landing page. We also helped Great Basin National Park Foundation develop a longer-term social media strategy to maximize their efforts to raise awareness of the park and all it has to offer.
Worldwide Foundation for Credit Unions
Worldwide Foundation for Credit Unions sought a partner with expertise in credit union digital marketing. Our first six months of collaboration has resulted in a 658% increase in traffic/link clicks, a 24% increase in audience growth, a 23% increase in impressions, optimization of its LinkedIn channel, and flexible support during times of crisis that resulted in raising $1.5 million for relief efforts in Ukraine.
We partnered with IWCS to promote their annual Cable & Connectivity Industry Forum and keep audiences engaged beyond the event. SBS provided association marketing services that included social media strategy, social media management, and live event marketing. Over the course of our work together, we achieved 1.3M impressions, 32K engagements, and 22K video views—while also shifting their audience demographic of attendees to include more young professionals.
We partnered with the International Association for Correctional and Forensic Psychology (IACFP) as an email newsletter service provider to deliver content strategy, digital copywriting, and ongoing management for their bi-monthly member newsletter.
