Guest speaker Lucas Frisbie has almost a decade worth of talent acquisition experience in Chicago and Madison and currently serves as the Director of Talent at StartingBlock Madison where he helps the internal groups of entrepreneurs and startups find, hire and retain the talent they actually need.
